Since I've been here I've learnt one important thing- I can only depend on ME and no one else
I guess everyone must have known this fact of life early on but I've been deceiving myself all the while
And now I'm learning it the hard way
Don't get me wrong,every one's been really wonderful here
And the place i feel most at home is at school with all the other international students
In some sense we are all each other has
Being away from home, adjusting to a new country, the same common goal...etc
Now more than ever i have to trust my own instinct and judgement,
It hasn't been easy,
I've been thrown into situations and into groups of people whom i don't think i would normally mix with back home
It has very much opened my eyes to what the world is like.
Its not very pretty really,but all i can do is make the best out of it.

Tomorrow is Eid
Another first away from home
I can very well picture all the family gatherings, the outings with my friends,just the entire atmosphere back home.
That's one thing i can't bring with me over here
I won't lie coz i am missing home now.
But its ok, I'll celebrate it here in my own way with Kak Liz and all my other friends.
It won't be as familiar and cosy but it will be just fine,

I would just like to say Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Maaf Zahir dan Batin to all my family and friends,in anyway if i may have said anything offensive to aggravate or hurt u or piss you off in anyway,i hope i will be forgiven cause it was never intentional on my part..
